Thank you for registering for the 2013 Annual Convention in Las Vegas, NV! This page will provide some helpful tips for your trip.

Travel & Transportation
The Paris Las Vegas is approximately 4 miles—a 10 to 15 minute drive—from McCarran International Airport.

Guests of the Paris Las Vegas have the option to self-park in the Paris garage, or valet park at no additional charge.

It is extremely important that you wear your name badge at all IAICDV functions. It serves as your ticket of admission and is the best way to get to know other members. Your badge holder and lanyard will be available at the Conference Registration Desk.

The dress for most meeting functions is business casual/ resort wear. The evening can be cool, so pack some cold-weather clothing.
Men: Khaki pants, dress shorts, collared shirts, slacks
Women: Dress shorts/ capris, slacks, blouses, knit tops
Please Note: Formal attire is recommended and encouraged for the Closing Banquet & Awards Ceremony on Thursday Evening.
The average temperature in Las Vegas in early November is a high of around 70 degrees, with the evening lows averaging in the mid-50s. Plan and dress accordingly!
