How do I login to my member profile?There is a Member Login button in the upper right corner of every IAICDV webpage. Click here to login.

My username and password are not working. How do I reset my password?If you have not received email instructions after clicking "Forgot your password", please check your spam/junk folder in your email. I'm a member. Why do I not see member pricing for events?
Discounted member pricing is available for all active IAICDV members. Please make sure that you are logged in to your active membership profile to secure member rates. My profile has incorrect information. How can I update my profile?IAICDV members may edit information on their profiles, including email, phone number, and address, by visiting My Profile and clicking the "Edit" button. Does a membership include multiple user profiles?Yes! You can have multiple user profiles under an IAICDV company membership. If you would like to add additional employees to your membership, please send name, job title, email address, phone and address to [email protected]. Where can I find member contact information?IAICDV provides a list of all of our members in the IAICDV Member Directory. This is a members-only feature and you will need to login to access the Member Directory, to find the point of contact for companies in your area. Where can I find my membership dues invoice/ receipt?Login to your profile. Then go to the invoices tab to view your invoice. What do I do if I need to cancel?All cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected]. Refunds are subject to a processing fee. No refunds will be made after a to be determined date before the 2021 Annual Convention. Hotel, airline and rental car cancellations must be made by the registrant. Can Annual Convention attendees receive discounted hotel room rates?Yes. IAICDV attendees can receive the discounted group rates for Annual Conventions. Details on the 2021 Annual Convention hotel to come. When and where is the next Annual Convention?The IAICDV 51st Annual Convention will be held in 2021. More information will be available soon.
