Our volunteer leaders play a vital role in advancing the mission and goals of The Ice Cream Association (TICA). Representing every corner of the ice cream industry - from frozen desserts and mobile vending to food trucks, freezers, and distribution - they generously share their expertise, insight, and passion to strengthen our community.

Distributor Division
The Distributor Division strengthens TICA through best practice sharing, educational programming, and membership growth. Distributors are encouraged to actively participate in meetings and initiatives throughout the year. The Division includes all Distributor members, with meetings open to all member types. These typically take place during the Annual Convention, with additional sessions scheduled as needed.

Mobile Vending Committee and
Rising Stars Committee are subcommittees that falls under the Distributor Division.
Manufacturer Division
The Manufacturer Division represents the suppliers, brokers, and partners who drive innovation and keep our industry thriving. This Division fosters collaboration, shares insights, and supports initiatives that strengthen the ice cream and frozen dessert community. The Manufacturer Division includes all Manufacturer members. Meetings are open to all members and generally occur during the Annual Convention, with additional meetings scheduled as needed.
Marketing Committee
The Marketing Committee promotes the ice cream industry through strategic media engagement, storytelling, and member communications. Its focus areas include brand visibility, social media, newsletters, and campaigns designed to enhance member engagement and industry awareness. Focus areas include strengthening internal member engagement and retention, enhancing new member onboarding and communication, increasing member app adoption and forum participation, launching a private LinkedIn group for members. Focus areas also include advancing rebranding initiatives and newsletter redesign and supporting the 55th Annual Convention (new member kickoff, swag, and entertainment coordination).
Service Provider Division
The Service Provider Division focuses on supporting the growth, visibility, and engagement of TICA’s service-based members, while enhancing the overall member experience across the association. Meetings are open to all members and generally take place during the Annual Convention, with additional sessions scheduled as needed.
