The Rising Stars provide a platform for networking, mentorship, professional development, and recognition for outstanding individuals who demonstrate exceptional promise and dedication in their careers. We believe that by nurturing and supporting these rising talents, we can further drive innovation and excellence in our industry.

Mission

The purpose of the Rising Stars is to cultivate a community to help solidify connections between aspiring leaders who are dedicated to shaping the future of the ice cream industry. Rising Stars will identify programs to help members learn and grow while developing strong connections for future collaborations. The group aims to empower the next generation of association and industry leaders.

Eligibility Requirements

• Supports The Ice Cream Association's mission
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership potential and commitment to the industry and DSD
• Shows dedication to professional growth and development
• Exhibits innovative thinking and a drive for continuous improvement
• Must hold an active membership with The Ice Cream Association and attend the Annual Convention

Committee Requirements

• Create and execute your committee goals.
• Conduct monthly committee meetings. 
• Complete committee reports for the board.
• Host a one-hour meeting during the Annual Convention.
