Sharla has a passion for innovative retail merchandising and a strong focus for driving category growth and profitability.

Sharla’s diverse business experience spans more than 17 years and includes a 14-year career with JC Penny. While at JC Penny she held leadership positions in the Women’s and Men’s apparel and home categories.

Sharla holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Iowa State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Webster University.  

Sharla resides in Frisco with her husband Vladimir and three children Isabella (8), Stella (5), and Luka (2) and her favorite ice cream flavor is Cookies and Cream.
