What comes with my registration?

Registration tickets include the following:

  • Access to all convention educational sessions and meetings
  • Access to the exhibit hall
  • Access to the attendee list with contact information
  • Food and beverages at the social/food functions
  • Unlimited networking opportunities!

Where do I pick up my registration materials?

You will need to pick up your name badge along with conference materials when you arrive. Your name badge serves as the entry to all convention functions, including social events and food/beverages. View the schedule to see the registration & info desk locations and hours.

What do I do if I need to cancel?

All cancellation requests must be emailed to TICA Headquarters. Refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee. No refunds will be made after September 29, 2025. Hotel, airline and rental car cancellations must be made by the registrant.

Can I transfer my registration if I can no longer attend?

Yes! You may transfer your registration to someone else in your organization. The request must be emailed to TICA Headquarters no later than October 20.  and include the following information:

  • Name
  • Job Title
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Any dietary needs / physical accommodations required

No one will be allowed in and out of the exhibit hall without a valid registrant badge.

Exhibitor Questions

What's included in my exhibitor registration? 

Exhibitor registration tickets include:

  • One delegate registration with full access to all speakers, educational sessions and food/beverages at the social/meal functions
  • An exhibit booth with back and side wall drapes, measuring ten feet by ten feet (10’x10’) in a carpeted ballroom
  • One six-foot skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • One wastebasket
  • Booth signage featuring your company name
  • Company featured on TICA website and convention mobile app
  • Access to the attendee list with contact information
  • Unlimited networking opportunities!

A/V, electricity, internet, furniture, etc. must be ordered through the exhibit management company.

When will booth assignments be available?

The exhibit booth assignments will be available in September. Booth preferences are taken in order of registration date and/or sponsor status.

How do I purchase A/V, electricity, and/or internet for my booth?

A/V, electricity, internet and additional booth accessories such as furniture and graphics must be ordered through the selected exhibit management company.

Hotel and Travel Questions

How can I book my hotel room? 

All Annual Convention delegate registration tickets are eligible for an instant $100 discount for staying at The Wigwam. To redeem the discount, enter your hotel confirmation number in the registration form and enter promo code hotel100 on the payment section. The confirmation number is found in the confirmation email sent by the hotel upon your reservation. The group rate is available until the room block is filled or until October 10, 2025. Find out more.

What are the driving directions to the hotel? Is there parking available?

The Wigwam's address is 300 E. Wigwam Blvd., Litchfield Park, Arizona 85340.

Valet and self-parking at The Wigwam are included as part of your hotel reservation.

General Questions

How do I get an attendee list?

Approximately one week prior to the event, you can expect to receive an email entitled "Know Before You Go" This email will contain the attendee list including name, organization, city, state, and email in PDF format. TICA does not distribute attendee lists in excel format or by request.

Will I receive a printed convention program?

In an effort to go green, The Ice Cream Association will exclusively use the convention mobile app to house onsite convention information. Search The Ice Cream Association in the Google Play Store or App store to download. See the registration & info desk for assistance downloading.

What is the convention attire?

TICA Sessions & Social Functions: Business casual/resort wear is suitable. Light jackets/ sweaters are recommended as the meeting rooms can get chilly.

Welcome Banquet: Formal attire is recommended and encouraged.

Will there be free WiFi at the convention?

WiFi will be available in the meeting space.

Can I bring my spouse/children?

Although attendees may bring family members to the hotel, only paid registrants wearing convention name badges will be permitted to attend convention events and food/social functions. Spouse/child registration rates can be found here.
