Manufacturer Division Director

Description and Responsibilities

The Manufacturer Division shall be comprised of Manufacturer members, which includes suppliers and brokers. Each member shall have one vote in matters coming before the Division. The Division should organize at least one general meeting per year, usually in conjunction with the Ice Cream Summit & Expo. Division meetings or Division committee meetings may be held at such time and place as may be directed by the President, Division Director, or Committee Chair, or upon the request of a majority of members. Division meetings are open to all member types. 

A Typical Year for TICA Board Members

  • 2-3 times per year - Virtual Board meetings (typically 2 hours)
  • 1-2 times per year - In-person Board meetings (typically in late Winter/early Spring and Fall,  in conjunction with the Ice Cream Summit & Expo)
  • Participate in regular calls with Manufacturer Division
  • Participate in email correspondence
  • Work on assigned action items and projects
    • ex. Work with Division on arranging one educational session at the Ice Cream Summit & Expo
    • ex. Submit industry relevant articles for inclusion in the monthly newsletter
