IAICDV Room Block

All Annual Convention delegate registration tickets are eligible for an instant $150 discount for staying at Green Valley Ranch. You will receive an email from the hotel containing your confirmation number for booking your stay. Include this confirmation number on your convention registration form to receive the discount!

Guarantee Policy

The Green Valley Ranch requires a deposit of the first night's room and tax at the time of reservation. Deposits must be placed either on a credit card or debit card. Should guests wish to use a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from the guest's bank account and the funds will be automatically withdrawn upon reservation. An incidental deposit of $100.00 per day will be required at check-in on either a credit or debit card, we will also place an authorization on this card to cover room, tax and resort fee.
