Exhibitor registration tickets include:

• One (1) delegate registration with full access to all speakers, events, entertainment and food/beverages
• An exhibit booth with back and side wall drapes, measuring eight feet by ten feet (8’x10’)

IAICDV exhibitors also have the opportunity to be featured in welcome video that is played for all convention attendees on the second day. The videographer will come to your booth during set-up time to record your company 30-second plug. Schedule

• Monday, November 11: Exhibitor Move-In 12:00 - 5:00 PM; 30-second exhibitor introduction videos filmed at booths
• Tuesday, November 12: Exhibit Hall Luncheon 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday, November 13: Exhibit Hall Open 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM; Move-Out 2:00 - 4:00 PM. All exhibit hall materials must be off the floor by 4:00 PM on November 13.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed to [email protected]. Refunds are subject to a 15% processing fee. No refunds will be made after September 30, 2019. 

Hotel, airline, and rental car cancellations must be made by the registrant.

Important Information from Headquarters

If your company is exhibiting, please review the 50^th Annual Convention Exhibitor Service Packet.

Please note: Transferring name badges on-site is not permitted. If there is a change to a current registrant, this must be communicated in writing to IAICDV Headquarters at [email protected] no later than October 30^th. No one will be allowed in and out of the exhibit hall without a valid registrant badge. 

The attendee list will be included in the “Tips For Your Trip” e-blast which is distributed to all registrants with valid email addresses 1-2 weeks prior to the event. CHECK YOUR SPAM! The attendee list is provided to all registrants in PDF format and does not include opt-outs or EU Citizens due to GDPR regulations. IAICDV does not provide registrant lists by request or in any other format.
